1. Services

Productionsphere provides web design, development, e-commerce, and maintenance services as described on this website. Specific deliverables and timelines are agreed upon individually with each client before work begins.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices listed on this website are starting prices and may vary depending on project complexity and specific requirements, as confirmed before any work begins. Standard payment terms are 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Project timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for planning purposes and may vary based on project scope, client responsiveness, and revision requests. Timelines are confirmed individually for each project.

4. Revisions

The number of included revision rounds depends on the selected service package, as outlined on our pricing page. Additional revisions beyond the included scope may incur extra charges, agreed upon before work begins.

5. Ownership and delivery

Upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership of their website, including source code, login credentials, and any associated assets. We do not retain rights to completed and fully paid client work.

6. Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers work already completed. Any additional completed work beyond the deposit amount will be invoiced proportionally.

7. Limitation of liability

Productionsphere is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered websites, including but not limited to lost revenue or business interruption.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
